Artwork Requirements

Bromides at 100%, or preferably pc formatted artworks, saved as EPS files, with fonts saved as outlines. We operate the latest PC versions of CorelDraw and Adobe Illustrator. Cd’s should always be accompanied with a hard copy version. We can’t use any low res images, scanned artwork, photocopies or faxes. Any multi coloured spot artwork, requires colour separation, and the artwork supplied in editable format. If in doubt please call to discuss, or email on artwork@juniperproducts.co.uk. Please note that while we will try to assist, we are not a graphics house, so cannot create or redraw logos.

Samples Policy

We have found 1st class post too unreliable in recent months, and so have switched to sending samples by RMSD. We have a policy of charging for samples at the end column (right hand side) rate, where it is £2 or more in value, plus the RMSD costs.
All our samples are sent with an accompanying dispatch note, which is plain cover when sent direct to your client. We are more than happy to credit any samples that are returned to us, with a copy of the accompanying note, or credit for samples if an order has been received. The credit will not include the original RMSD costs.
