Martin Cardall
is our primary sales contact, will undertake client visits,
run the roadshows, and liase with catalogue groups for product
selection.
Judith and Robert day to day, cover most enquiries for standard
articles, stock availability checks, and order processing
enquiries, such as delivery updates, change in delivery details,
carriage costs etc. Judith also manages our invoicing, debt
collection and sampling departments.
Andrew covers all aspects of the business, but primarily
focuses day to day on the stock management out of China,
bespoke enquiries requiring new product development, as well
as offering general sales support to the above.
Susanne co-ordinates our marketing activities, and in particular
our website, our product entries on internet based search
engines, our database, e-shot campaigns etc.
